1 large orange
44 roasted coffee beans
44 sugar cubes
1 small bottle (½ lt) gin
2½ cups (½ lt) water

1 Wash the orange. Carefully insert the coffee beans into the orange, with the aid of a knife.
2 Place the stuffed orange into a jar, add the gin, water and sugar cubes. Affix the lid and
allow to rest at room temperature for 44 days.
3 After 44 days, strain away the solids. Transfer your liquor to a glass bottle and
store in the refrigerator. Serve cold.
