Sorbets

Ingredients

SERVES 6
6 kiwis
½ cup granulated
sugar
1 lemon (juiced)
½ cup water

Preparation

KIWI SORBET

1 Peel and chop the kiwis into small cubes, mix with lemon juice.
2 Boil water and sugar for 10 minutes, add the kiwis and blend until smooth.
3 Place the kiwi sorbet in the freezer for two hours,
stirring every half hour to prevent icing. Serve cold.
