Preparation

HOMEMADE TOMATO PRESERVE

1 Carefully place the tomatoes in boiling water for 60 seconds. Remove from
water and peel away the skins.
2 Chop the tomatoes and cook over medium heat for 5-6 minutes.
3 Pour tomatoes into glass jars. Allow the contents to overflow the jar.
4 Close tightly and turn over, lids facing down.
5 After two days, turn over the jars so that the lids are now facing up. Store at
room temperature. After opening the jars, keep refrigerated and consume within 2-3 days.
