Ingredients

6 eggs
2 cups (500 gr) yogurt
1 teaspoon dried red pepper
flakes
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon dried mint
1 garlic clove
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

( POACHED EGGS WITH YOGURT)
1 Fill ¾ of a medium sized pan with water, add the vinegar and bring to a boil.
2 Gently break each egg into the boiling water.
3 As the eggs turn white, remove with the help of a skimmer and place them on a serving plate.
4 Mince the garlic and mix with the yogurt. Pour the garlic yogurt on top of the poached eggs.
5 Sprinkle with mint, pepper, salt and olive oil, serve hot.
