Ingredients

SERVES 6
12 oz (350 gr) pastrami
1 medium tomato
1 medium onion
1 lemon
½ bunch thyme
2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

OVEN COOKED PASTRAMI
WITH LEMON AND TOMATOES

1 Clean the cummins of pastrami slices and lay them on a cooking sheet, on an over tray.
2 Slice the onion, tomato and lemon, place in between the pastrami slices.
3 Top with olive oil and thyme. Cover with parchment paper and bake in a 300°F (150°C)
preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until the pastramis are cooked.
