Ingredients

SERVES 6
3 cups natural plain yogurt
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
¼ bunch thyme
1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation

HOME MADE CURD CHEESE

1 Whisk together the milk and yogurt.
2 Boil for 3-4 minutes to precipitate the curd cheese.
3 Strain the curd cheese with a wire mesh screen and transfer to a serving plate.
4 Top with olive oil, sprinkle with thyme and serve.
