Ingredients

SERVES 6
1 whole chicken
½ cup pearl onions
½ lemon (sliced)
2 garlic cloves
1 medium onion
2-3 fresh rosemary stems
¼ teaspoon ground black
pepper
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation

ROASTED CHICKEN WITH
ROSE MARY AND LEMON

1 Slice lemon and garlic, peel the pearl onions.
2 To prepare the rosemary-garlic sauce, mix together
salt, black pepper, fresh rosemary leaves, sliced
garlic and olive oil. Thoroughly rub the chicken with the sauce.
3 Place the sliced lemon and pearl onions onto the chicken.
4 Peel the onion and place inside the chicken.
5 Carefully transfer the chicken into a roasting bag and
bake in a 350°F (180°C) preheated oven until the chicken is golden brown
